Prepare and schedule 2 nd meeting in Mendocino for early November 3. Schedule 3 rd meeting in Gualala area for early December 4. Minutes Attending: Peter, Tara Summary Item 1 was fully covered. Item 4 was partially addressed. A top-level outline for the E&O Sections of the Strategic Plan was developed. This will be communicated to the other workgroups so that we can work towards a uniform structure for the Plan. Items 2, and 3 of the agenda were not addressed due to lack of time. Public Meeting Planning >No changes to the overall schedule and format were made.
