(3:00) Discussion Item: Introductions and Agenda, Tara Athan

(3:05) ACTION ITEM: Review Minutes Summary of Previous Meeting, Tara Athan The minutes summary from the July 13, 2007 General IMCWMA meeting are approved.

(3:15) ACTION ITEM: Review Minutes Summary of Previous Meeting, Tara Athan For all future General WMA meetings, the following procedure should be used to record and distribute minutes.

  1. The meeting is digitally recorded.
  2. The recording is transcribed word-for-word, generally by a student intern.
  3. The transcription is reviewed by the Coordinator or other responsible party.
  4. Irrelevant and sensitive references are removed, and a summary is generated.
  5. The transcription is posted to an internet document directory on the website that is password protected, accessible only by Partners.
  6. Posting occurs at least 2 weeks prior to the next meeting.
  7. Approval of the summary and transcript are placed on the consent calendar.
  8. Once approved, the summary and transcript are posted in the public internet document directory.

(3:25) Discussion Item: PTI Work Breakdown, Tara Athan
Now that Phase II funding has been received (by the RCD) from NFWF, work can go forward on the remainder of this project. The Phase II tasks are summarized in a spreadsheet. Some of the tasks are dependent on or linked to others. A realistic look at the schedule and funding remaining is needed in order to meet the expectations of the grantor.
