Centaurea stoebe (spotted knapweed)
This plant is dispersed by animals, on clothing and on equipment
from recreation, logging or fire-fighting.
Centaurea stoebe is not yet known in Mendocino County.
It occurs in the Northeastern counties of California in
roadsides, forest opening such as logged areas and grasslands.
